There is constant support and very quick replies from tutors, as and when you need it. They always found time for one to one sessions outside of original teaching sessions - this was incredibly helpful when I wanted something specific explained, without fear of interrupting the whole lesson. ”The Swarm experience has been really good from start to finish. BKSB was easy to use and helped with understanding Maths and English better. The work ork load is easily manageable, plenty of time to revise and complete course work. The English and Maths tutor (Rebecca Carruthers) was fantastic, the one to one sessions really helped me passed my exams. My course tutor (Katie Jarvis-Grove) was also fantastic, really helpful and knowledgeable on the subject. Both tutors are really approachable and really went the extra mile, when I needed help.”

”Once I left school after finishing my GCSE’s, I started college. After around six months of college, we went into lockdown. This made studying quite difficult and it was hard to remain motivated. As I had passed my driving test, I decided to look for an apprenticeship. A Marketing Assistant apprenticeship opportunity became available at Moore Networking so I decided to apply, and I was the successful candidate. When I started with Moore Networking, the team and I worked from home for the first six months, due to the unusual circumstances with Covid. Once the restrictions were lifted, it was beneficial and enjoyable to get into the office and meet my colleagues in person. The team have been very supportive throughout my time with them. I had a really positive experience whilst obtaining my apprenticeship. My tutor Suzanne provided knowledge and support throughout, especially during the End-Point Assessment process. A big thank you to Suzanne for supporting me throughout the apprenticeship and getting me across the line. Since finishing the apprenticeship, I have continued working with Moore Networking. I am the main point of contact for marketing and am therefore responsible for managing our social media pages, creating content, implementing strategies and staying on top of marketing trends. Since finishing my apprenticeship, I have started to get involved with coordinating events and being the main point of contact. Going forward, I am keen to remain working at Moore Networking as a Marketing and Events Assistant whilst improving my knowledge, skills and developing within my role. “

There is also a certain amount of pride involved knowing we are helping someone to develop a career. “Worked with Swarm on an apprenticeship for 4 months. Informative and direct, understanding for people with dyslexia and ADHD, with the appropriate support when needed and adaptive learning strategies. I personally struggle a lot with typing up a lot of text, staying focused but I was transparent with my lecturer she was called Ana. And we planned ways for me to understand. Ridiculously impressed with Swarm. All I would advise for anyone wanting to use or thinking about using Swarm is to just be honest and they will help.”

The sessions for my course work, are explained in a very clear manner and easy to understand. This makes the course work a lot easier to complete and to be handed in on time.
