Suzanne has had many years experience in the practical use of Six Sigma techniques for Continuous Improvement in business. She has a data driven mindset, having seen first hand how that shift can really turn organisations around. As well as guiding apprentices through this course, she has trodden the difficult path herself of moving from creative to analyst. This means she is highly aware of the hurdles apprentices, and often their managers too, face in shifting their mindset and walking this path.
The event will be very informal offering guidance and answering questions but should be highly informative in bringing structure to your journey.
