We would like to invite you to join a very specific session where we can show you your Apprentice's work on OneFile, the quality of what they are submitting to us, and how they are conducting themselves in managing their studies.
As tutors, we are in a very sensitive position of needing to give learners space to make mistakes, to develop in self-management, and to find their feet with their approach to study, whilst also keeping you informed of how they are working. We certainly don't want to betray their trust and make them feel we are spies reporting to you on everything they do!
We don't, therefore, willfully share everything with you of how they work unless you would like to know or it is becoming a problem. Access to OneFile gives you the window you need to be able to see a snapshot though as and when you choose.
Some of you will find out things which may worry you which learner's are not sharing with you about their work ethic and commitment, others of you may be beaming with pride by the end of the session. Don't worry, others on the call won't see what you see and hear anything about your apprentice. Either way, we need you to be involved to help us make a difference for them.
This should be a very informative 45 minutes!
